Phylogenetics of Anopheles and Aedes Mosquito Species in View of Ordant-Binding Protein Motifs of Drosophila

Abstract


Various species of mosquitoes were identified, based on the DNA sequences and subjected to multiple sequence alignment considering the motifs as hallmarks and in turn evolved a phylogenetic cladogram.
