Review on Outbreak of COVID-19 Variants

Abstract


With COVID-19, the world is during a pandemic and an emergency. This variety has been eluding detection for quite some time, but in recent months, a new variation known as Omicron has emerged. According to the report, scientists are becoming highly concerned about its rapid transmissibility, and there is concern because there is absence of trace of its origin or mutation. This paper provides a brief overview of the virus's origins, global dissemination, mutations, and effects on human health. This study also explores the effectiveness of vaccines against various antibodies, and many other preventive steps that can be taken to eradicate the virus.
