Scope of Single cell Genomics: Bioinformatics Review

To study the Expression profile of genes and its regulations in single cell resolutions is one of the major factor to improvise the current therapeutic options. Bulk RNA sequencing has been discussed by many groups before, better understanding over analysis methods with standard best practice guidelines were demonstrated extensively in past 2 decades. The single cell resolution of RNA expression data analysis has many varieties of software in open source end. But very less literature were available with respect to 10x softwares. Here we are demonstrating the utility and usage of single cell genomics solution for different application including gene expression, spatial, ATAC and multiome analysis.
