3D Structure Determination and Analysis of ER-Lipid Raft Associated 1 Protein from Homo sapiens

Abstract

ER-lipid raft associated 1(ERIN 1) is a protein coding gene encoded by ERLIN 1 gene. Autosomal Recessive HSP associated with ERLIN 1 .Structure prediction of ERLIN 1 was done using a server based approach. I-Tasser an online structure prediction tool was used for tertiary structure prediction of the protein. The best model was selected by using model evaluation tools like PROSA, ERRAT and Ramachnadran plot.
