Gizachew Diga Milki

Abstract

In this paper, the essence of nanotechnology is reviewed. Most of the properties of nanomaterials and structures arising from the synthesis and growth conditions and physical theory are reviewed. Hence, some of the techniques of synthesizing nanomaterials and theoretical methods used to describe the physical and bio – chemical properties are highlighted. The theoretical formalism is intended to describe the interactions of spins and electrons in atomic scale. The consensus of nanotechnology based on organic molecules and diluted magnetic semiconductor nanostructures will be presented in accordance with their applications in molecular electronics, (melotronics) nanoelectronics, communication technology, nanomedicine, automotive, and aerospace. Moreover, a systematic illustration of nanotechnology, its roles in medical science and devices presented. Hence, the most important materials including smart materials, nanobiomaterials, and nanostructures are presented. In additions, their sensitivity, and contributions to the emerging technology are presented. Particularly, nanotechnologies involving iron oxide nanoparticles, polymer nanoparticles, DNA and lipid nanoparticles, carbon nanotubes, and nanophotonics are visualized. The current challenges and health fate resulting from Nano products including nanowastes and dust nanoparticles are then elaborated.
