Abstract

Abstract
The article talks about Iran’s plans to revamp its oil and gas sector post sanctions removal. The changes in fiscal regime and its loop holes are also discussed in the article taking on the example of recent South Pars phase 11 deal. French IOC Total Oil entered deal with Iran for development and production of South Pars Phase 11. Total plans to spend $5 Billion throughout the project.
