Abstract


From the present work, it is evident that sickle cell disease causes a huge impact on health care status in many countries. The review also examines the historical background of the complications of the disease and drug development since the last few decades from the present work, it is evident that the sickle cell disease causes a huge impact on health care status in many countries. The review also examines the historical background of the complications of the disease and drug development for the last few decades to suppress the health cause. It’s also seen that in the research on sickle cell disease by different scientists/researchers have increased and many further clinical trials to be started and exposed to more investigation than have been utilized previously. Likewise, numerous endeavors should be made to offer these many propelled examine checking and clinical preliminary at all created or creating nations were the most extreme populace of patients living with such infection. stifle the wellbeing cause. It’s also seen that in the research on sickle cell disease by different scientists/researchers have increased and many more clinical experiments to be initiated and subjected to more analysis than have been used in the past. Also, many efforts will have to be made to offer these much-advanced research monitoring and medical trial in the least developed or developing countries where the maximum population of patients living with such disease.
