Biosynthesis of Amino Acids
Abstract
In this study, details of amino acids are given. Amino acids join to other amino acids and form protein. They are the ‘building blocks’ of the body. An overview of amino acid biosynthesis is given by glucose. Biosynthesis of serine from 3-phosphoglycerate and subsequent conversion of serine into glycine is explained with the diagram. General properties of amino acids are also given in this study.
