A Review on Nanoparticle and Its Applications

Shivangi Pandey, Abhishek Tripathi, Bala Tejeswara Rao V., Surya Prakash D V

Abstract

Nanoparticles are at the forefront of the nanotechnology industry, which is developing rapidly. These particles are naturally produced by biological, geological, cosmological processes. Occur in a variety of shapes such as nanofibers, nanoreefs, nanostars, nanospheres. Nanobiosensors, molecular diagnostics, advanced imaging tools, drug transportation, artificial bioconstructs, functioning nanostructured surfaces, smart materials, and nanofluidics are a broad field of nanobiotechnology that involves the creation of nanoparticles and nanomolecules. Especially the nanoparticles are prepared from the plant material and used in agriculture, cosmetics, environment, food, medicine, printing, renewable energies, petroleum, and textile field. These particles play an important role in the biomedical field like the development of new scaffold structures for the repair of bone. Nanoparticles may also have positive environmental effects and tend to lead to natural processes. It can be applied in the processing, production and packaging of food.
