Comparative Critical Analysis of Power Quality Improvement of Constant Frequency Aircraft Electric Power System using Fuzzy Logic and Neural Network Control Scheme

Abstract


Synchronous reference frame (SRF) strategy is used for calculation of reference currents. This technique has been reviewed for more electric aircraft (MEA) system. Further, SCC strategy’s compensation capability has been compared with the system optimized using ANN & FLC (artificial neural network & fuzzy logic control). The basis for comparison, i.e., compensation parameters is Harmonic distortion (THD) and compensation time. Result based on MATLAB Simulink will prove the effectivity of the control strategy for ASF in the MEA system.
